As a Lead Teacher, you will:
Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Implement the Company-provided curriculum by creating and tailoring weekly, age-appropriate lesson plans.
Conduct regular classroom observations and formal and informal assessments that reflect the age-appropriate interests of children.
Provide daily, written and oral feedback to parents regarding the social and intellectual development of their child and conducts face-to-face conferences with parents twice yearly.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
At least one year experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed childcare center (preferably in a Preschool Program)
Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
