• 5 + years of experience as a Production Supervisor or UPM in audio and/or video production for TV series, commercials, or feature films.ÂÂ

• Expert knowledge of Excel, Numbers, Word, Pages, budgeting programs, crew time-keeping, production scheduling.

• Experience in talent and agent relations.

• Proficient in cost tracking and budget management.

• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage timelines.

• Experience leading multiple, domestic and international productions at once.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Description

Apple is looking for industry-trained production supervisors to run our in-house production studios. During productions, this role will coordinate between the talent, recording teams, production teams, Apple facilities, and Apple based partner teams in order to ensure an efficiently operating project that avoids unnecessary cost overruns. In addition to production, this role will be heavily involved in all other aspects of running a functional studio: budgeting, accounting, crew recruitment and management, and facility upkeep, as well as designing processes for safe recording measures that keep work moving while acknowledging the realities of Covid-19. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - Navigating crew deals, on-boarding/off-boarding crew, payroll tracking and management. - Oversight of the day to day operations of the entire production. - Work closely with producers, and lead the production coordinator, and PAs. - Coordinating all building access, general upkeep and maintenance, and emergency protocols in partnership with Apple Facilities

Education & Experience

B.A in Media Production; or equivalent experience

• You will join a team that is responsible for crafting and overseeing synthesized voices used in many growing areas of the customer experience at Apple. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of production related to voice recording in local and remote studios, as well as play a meaningful role in the management of rotating crews and the physical facility. We are looking for a Production Supervisor that is skilled in listening to and translating client needs and wants amd understanding their relation to production needs and capacities.. Because you will be working closely with directors, producers, and voice talent as well as engineers from a number of other teams at Apple, we are looking for a teammate who thrives in a fast paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.
