6+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production; Agency experience is a plus
2+ years managing teams of 2+ people
Experience effectively overseeing the asset management process and workflows for large quantities of creative assets, including ingestion, review, approval, handoff, and archiving
Experience reviewing overall team needs, prioritizing and delegating work, setting and tracking timelines, improving processes, coaching direct reports, communicating progress, and collaborating with leads
Proficient in use of multiple tools, trackers, and file storage systems (such as Quip, Box, iCloud documents and apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Maya, Unity, etc.)
Keen eye for detail and familiarity with design concepts, terminology, style guides, and legal requirements
Ability to tackle complex problems, proactively anticipate project needs, offer solutions, and seamlessly adapt to change
Ability to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many priorities within tight timeframes
Shown ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Excellent social and oral/written communication skills
Excellent understanding and passion for technology, and the breadth of Apps & Games on the App Store
Description
You’ll be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will oversee the intake and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the iOS, TVOS, and MacOS App Stores every month. The Promotional Art Team is a key partner in the App Store ecosystem, and works closely with Design, Editorial, Project Management, Production, Business Affairs, Business Management, and Marketing teams to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers. The Promotional Artwork Lead is responsible for a team of 2-3 Promotional Art Managers who carry out the developer asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving. You’ll also be responsible for working cross-functionally to help shape plans for process and platform enhancements, and for documenting changes made to the Promotional Artwork Guidelines as needed. Some individual contributor work will be required of this role.
