We are looking for high-performing individuals to join our dedicated Account Team. This team will support over 900,000 members as their front-door to Mental Health Wellbeing. Our goal is to deliver an integrated experience across the breadth of RFL, Behavioral Health and Medical products to ensure every member and their families get the right support for their unique mental wellbeing needs.

Oversight and Management of clinical team processes including the organization and development of high performing teams.

Remote role.

Travel is to other states for training, and meetings.

Schedule is Monday-Friday.

Potential night meetings for 24/7 staff.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of our new Navigator experience for Amazon. Further, this model will greatly evolve over time and will provide an opportunity to help deliver new products and services quickly to market. Experience with strategy and execution a must.

Fundamental Components:

Develop and manage health services operations focused on improving clinical and financial outcomes, member engagement, and satisfaction for a dedicated Plan Sponsor account. Develop strategies to mitigate high cost/high need utilization of services and assist members with assuming self-management of their conditions. Serve as liaison with regulatory and accrediting agencies and other health business units. Formulate and implement strategy for achieving applicable department/unit metrics and provide operational direction. Serve as technical, professional and business resource (may cross multiple business functions). Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective customers. Direct/provide enhancements to business processes, policies and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency (may cross multiple business functions). Participate in internal and external health industry development efforts. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures, which meet business needs (may cross multiple business functions). Implement and monitor business plan and oversee any implementations or business transitions impacting service operations. Collaborate and partner with other business areas across/within regions or segments and within other centralized corporate areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed on an on-going basis. Promote a clear vision aligned with company values and direction; set specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans; motivate others to balance customer needs and business success; challenge self and others to look to the future to create quality products, services, and solutions. Collaborate with licensed staff from other areas that assist with oversight of clinical staff and activities of licensed personnel.

Background Experience:

Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner with internal and external constituents in both written and oral format Ability to evaluate and interpret data for the purpose of developing new programs and processes to meet business demands Ability to synthesize program performance and clinical outcome Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management 5-7 years general management or clinical leadership 5-7 years of experience in managed care. Master’s degree preferred.
