Join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company as the Pricing Transformation Project Manager, where you will be part of our Aetna IBU Pricing and Underwriting team. This position will provide strategic support to the underwriting department and execute on new processes and innovations to continually move the department in a positive direction. The primary focus of the role is to achieve process efficiency and accuracy – critical factors to the success of the organization.
On this high impact team, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations. This position will work closely with cross-functional business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business challenge, partner with teams to solve problems and present recommendations.
To be successful, you will utilize your strong leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills. Your aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way is also critical, as well as your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities. You will interact with all level of management, including VPs and executives. A determined, driven self-starter that isn’t afraid to operate within ambiguity and outside their comfort zone is highly desired.
Ideally, this position will be located out of our offices in Hartford, CT. However, a remote/work from arrangement may be considered.

Required Qualifications
Healthcare experience required.
3 years’ experience in analytics, process improvement, project management, or creation/optimization of business rules
Experience in Microsoft Excel-based financial and operational analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Salesforce administration strongly preferred.
Experience in PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred
Prior experience designing, implementing and optimizing new business processes
-Degree related to finance, accounting, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, economics or other data related fields preferred.

-Bachelor’s degree required
